Sleep and Rest is an on-demand program, designed to be accessible to anyone who is struggling with accessing rest in their lives.

Please note that this course is foundational by design, and is most appropriate for those experiencing mild-moderate levels of stress. It focuses on accessible neuroscience, foundational rest and sleep practices, and evidence-based practices for improved rest.

Whilst all content is trauma-informed and mental health aware, if you are looking for a course that focuses specifically on chronic stress, burnout, and secondary traumatic distress, check out our Recover offering.
