This course is designed for people with mild-moderate sleep and rest disruptions. We are cautious about recommending to those with insomnia, as generally speaking, long-term and significant sleep disruption requires more specialised support than this course offers.
Whilst you are welcome to purchase the course and experiment with what is offered, it may not provide the level of support required for insomnia.
In terms of chronic stress, some elements of this course may be helpful. However, our Recover course is specifically designed for people experiencing chronic and prolonged stress.
