Transforming care together.

Supporting people and organisations to reduce burnout and strengthen the conditions for sustainable care.

We support practitioners, teams, and organisations to reduce burnout, strengthen psychosocial wellbeing, and build more sustainable ways of working across healthcare, education, community services, and other relational sectors.

Our approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based and systems-aware.

Our point of difference

We are a trauma-informed service, working explicitly with the care and relational sectors. We have a deep commitment to the health and wellbeing of those who help, care for, and support the wellbeing of others.

Rather than focusing on individual resilience alone, we support more sustainable approaches to wellbeing through practitioner support and training, relational leadership development, and organisational design.

We specialise in stress management and recovery programs, trauma-informed training and service design, and embodied resilience training.
