fOR ORGANISATIONS

Strengthening the conditions for sustainable work.

We partner with organisations to develop workforce capabilities, strengthen relational leadership and create opportunities for teams to reflect and learn from their work.

Our programs can be delivered as standalone workshops, structured learning programs or ongoing facilitated engagements, shaped around the needs and context of each organisation.

WHY IT MATTERS

Care work is complex, and the risk of psychosocial hazards is high.

33%

of emergency services workers experience high or very high psychological distress.

56%

of aged care workers in Australia report elevated levels of burnout.

61%

of disability support workers in Australia have left or considered leaving an employer within 12 months.

75%

of Australian educators experience mid-high levels of secondary traumatic stress.

Employer obligations

Australian employers have a legal duty to identify and manage psychosocial hazards at work. In Victoria, new psychological health regulations have applied since December 2025. Our programs can form part of how employers meet that duty.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

“This was the best session I have been present in for years and there have been some fabulous presenters. Something was very soulful about her. I loved every minute… I shut down Teams/Inbox etc and never have done so in [my work] environment where I am unable to focus on one thing as there is so much going on - I was 100% present and so very grateful for today, thank you.”

Good Shepherd Australia & New Zealand Team Manager, learning series

“Jo has done exceptional work for BSL over the years. She has a remarkable ability to understand our work deeply and is an absolute delight to work with, engaging wonderfully with people across all levels, including staff and participants. She brings a sense of calm to the work that often has tight deadlines, making the process much smoother and enjoyable.”
