For Practitioners

Relational work asks a lot, and always has. But many practitioners are navigating increasingly high levels of stress, creating long-term risks for both their individual health and the broader sectors they contribute to.

We understand that stress is not a personal failing. It is a signal, from our nervous systems and our bodies, that something needs to change.

Taking Good Care offers tools, frameworks, and community for restoration and regulation, and more sustainable ways of working - even in complex and high-stress settings.

Alongside our practitioner offerings, we also work directly with organisations to strengthen their health and wellbeing systems.

Our practitioner offerings are trauma-informed, mental health aware, and systems-aware.

We work from the understanding that stress and distress are shaped by systems and structures - and that community, connection, and systemic change are part of what makes recovery and sustainable practice possible.

Practitioner offerings are open to the general public, and welcome anyone who works in relational or emotionally demanding roles, including healthcare, education, allied health, community services, psychotherapy, social services and spiritual care.
